These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Atelier Craig Co., operated by Craig Starnes, and accessible at ateliercraig.co. By booking a service or making a payment, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services and Scope
Atelier Craig Co. is a solo B2B design and content studio. We offer three service packages:

Each package has a defined scope agreed upon at the time of booking. Work begins once payment is received and a project kickoff has been confirmed.
Delivery windows are estimates based on timely client feedback and asset delivery. If you’re slow to respond or provide materials, the timeline shifts accordingly — we’ll communicate openly.
For larger or ongoing engagements, a Master Service Agreement (MSA) and/or Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request and is standard for Atelier-tier projects.
2. Payment Terms
All packages are paid in full upfront at the time of booking via Stripe. We do not begin work until payment is confirmed.
For larger engagements where invoicing has been agreed upon in advance, payment terms are NET-15 from the invoice date. Late payments beyond NET-15 may result in a pause on active work.
Prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Before kickoff (within 24 hours of payment)
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before project kickoff or any work has begun, you’re eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers administrative time, scheduling, and opportunity cost.
After kickoff or once work has begun
No refunds are issued once project work has started. This includes any discovery, strategy, design, writing, or development work.
Project pauses
If you need to pause a project, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll hold your project files and can resume within 30 days at no additional cost. After 30 days, restarting the project may require a re-scoping conversation.
Scope changes
Work that falls outside the originally agreed scope will be discussed before proceeding. Additional scope is subject to separate billing and agreement.
If you have an unusual situation, reach out. We’re human and we’ll do our best to be fair.
4. Revision Policy

A “revision round” means one consolidated set of feedback submitted at one time — not a rolling series of individual changes.
Revisions must stay within the original project scope. Significant changes in direction are treated as new work and priced separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables outright — brand systems, website files, written content, and all other work product created for your project.
Until payment is received in full, all work product remains the intellectual property of Atelier Craig Co.
We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you’ve requested otherwise in writing before project completion.
6. Confidentiality
Anything you share in the course of a project — strategy, financials, product plans, customer data — stays between us. We won’t share or disclose your confidential information to third parties.
For engagements requiring formal protection, a mutual NDA is available on request.
7. Limitation of Liability
Atelier Craig Co.’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
We don’t guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, traffic, conversions, rankings) resulting from our work.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top when we do.
