This Privacy Policy explains what information Atelier Craig Co. collects when you visit ateliercraig.co or get in touch about working together, how that information is used, and what rights you have over it. It’s written to be read, not just scrolled past.

Who This Is
Atelier Craig Co. is a solo B2B design and content studio owned and operated by Craig Starnes. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means Craig and this studio — not a faceless organization.
What Information We Collect
Contact and project inquiry form
When you fill out the contact or project brief form on this site, you provide:
- Your name
- Your company name
- Your work email address
- Details about your project or what you’re looking for
This is information you choose to share so we can have a useful first conversation.
Payment information
If we move forward with a project and you pay an invoice, payments are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number, bank details, or payment credentials. Stripe handles all of that directly. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled — you can read it at stripe.com/privacy.
Lead tracking (client-side only)
This site uses a lightweight client-side lead tracker. This tool runs entirely in your browser and does not send data to any external server or third party. No personal information from this tracker is stored, transmitted, or associated with your identity.
What we do not collect
- We do not use advertising trackers or analytics platforms (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, nothing like that).
- We do not use cookies beyond the basic functional ones required to keep the site running.
- We do not collect any sensitive personal data.
How We Use Your Information
The information you share through the contact form is used to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Understand your project needs and determine whether we’re a good fit
- Follow up on active project conversations
That’s it. We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with marketing lists. We don’t use it to target you with ads.
How Information Is Stored
Contact form submissions are stored securely and accessed only by Craig for the purposes described above. If you’d like your information deleted, just ask (see “Your Rights” below).

Your Rights
Regardless of where you’re located, you can:
- Ask what we have. Request a summary of any personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it. If something is inaccurate, let us know and we’ll fix it.
- Ask us to delete it. If you’d like your information removed, we’ll do that unless we’re legally required to keep it.
- Withdraw consent. If you’d like to stop hearing from us, just say so.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of your data. We do not sell personal data.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data.

This site is designed for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
